War between species

This whole thing went on for about three more hours that it also leaves another questioning about it. Alice asked as many questions as possible even if they were freaking out. Or at least panicking about whatever is happening. From whatever has happened, made Alice get some information from them. They wanted to get away from Marcus due to how scary he was but that leaves him panicking minutes later.

The talking only seems to gotten worse that she got enough info from them. "Seems I got what I needed. Thanks boys." she said to them as the police came in to take them away. She already was unsure about the info but at least it's something helpful.

"Let us go! We don't want to be here any longer!" one shouts seeing the other struggling.

"Oh cut it out. You guys said something so you should be lucky to have gotten something..." she said shaking her head as they growled towards Alice as if they were thinking of attacking her. However, Tomas growled at them to see both whimper in fright. They were scared from the thought that they were still being forced.

"Good job; he didn't kill them." Carlos said to Tomas that she shook her head sighing.

"That is not nice......and Marcus did fine while helping me.."

"Right...either way, that just makes things more interesting hmm....either way, good job....you can go ahead and do your thing..."

She shook her head to then see Tomas head towards her while she and him leave. As they make it to the hallway, they were thinking about what to do now but during that time, the two vampires were not gone from the thought. Then, two more vampires came to look at her. She heard their hisses or growls from them while she ignores them. However, she looks at them confused herself as what they were upset about.

"........."

"Something wrong?"

"No..Nothing is wrong......." she said looking away that the hissing even louder to make her confused. Seconds later, they heard a few shouting out to make Alice and Tomas turn her head. She sees the vampires tackle her in a rush. They were trying to bite her as she struggles to get them away.

"Hey! Get off!!" she shouts seeing them scratching and trying to bite her while scratching her. Blood spills from her cuts that the police quickly tries to get them off of her as Alice was looking annoyed kicking them off.

"Can we get some help over here!?!" one officer said.

Thomas was stunned and in the moments of his hesitation she got hurt. That made him angry. He reaches over and yhrows the offending vampires into the wall all the way acriss the room. He tore their collars of yheir shirts doing it and if he had grabbed their flesh they wpuld have lost that part of their bodies.

His claws were gleaming in the light and he roard at the whole room "CONTROL YOURSELVES!" it was more to himself but the whole room heard it. And grew quiet. So quiet that the hissing vampires whimpers could be heard. He broke some of yheir bones when they hit the wall from how hard he threw them off her. Everyone looked at him loke he was a monster and he saw their faces.

He couldnt stay anymore. If he did he wpuld cause problems he didnt knkw what to do and slowly he calms down and relaxes.

"Carlos, what the hell-"

"Don't start alright? Just leave him alone..He's just more worried about things and seeing me getting hurt. Now-"

"You just saw what he did right? I don't want him to do anything to hurt someone in this building."

"He's not like that. He was just angry due to the bastards trying to hurt me.."

"..............."

"Now...will you please just leave him alone?"

"*Sighs*.......Just...Just take him home, Alice. I need him to calm down. Do what you need to do in order to help him relax. Nothing else...alright?"

"Fine...."She didn't say anything else during that time but she only looks towards Tomas that was looking at his hands after a few minutes. Was he alright? She didn't know. "Tomas-"

"Stay back Alice please....please don't bother with coming near me. Please.." she mutters while looking at him in some worry. She gently goes ahead to reach for him but Tomas moves back worried he'll hurt her. She looks stubborn in some way that she quickly goes towards him in worry. She sees him flinch away that she grips his hand.

"Alice.."

"I'm not leaving you alone, Tomas. I don't care what happens please....just don't leave. Not from here or anywhere please....." she said in a gentle tone that he sees her already looking worried. The other officers were more worried about Alice and her safety but she only reaches up to hold him close in more worry. The vampires were still in a panic but the other officers goes ahead with to arrest the other two vampires while seeing them get picked up and taken away from this place.

"Get them out of here!!!" the officer said angry while seeing them remain silent. They only get taken away in a rush while seeing the other officers looking quiet from this. Carlos was about to say something but Alice gives a glare towards him to keep him silent. He tenses up seeing the anger in her eyes but looks away while she helps Tomas out of the building without saying a thing towards the others.

She helps him get into the car and drives back home. They didn't say anything during the drive home but he was just looking down at his nails that went to normal again after what happened. He sees her not saying a thing but this leaves her just worried. They got him minutes later while she helps him inside the house after shutting the car down.

"Alright big guy, come on..lets get inside."

He was fighting his urges. Deep primal urges. Urges to feed and breed even conquer. Smelling her blood made it hard for him he wanted to drink it too and always resisted. She knew this and understood. But when they get inside she took off her coat. "I'm sorry Alice. I'm so so sorry...I just....." he said and she pulled his hand over to her scratches.

"It's fine Tomas. You didn't mean to and you were just angry due to what happened. Don't let it get to you.."

"I can't help it because you got hurt a..and..your blood spilled. I didn't want anyone hurting you and yet you....*Closes hands in fists again to shake*"

"Don't. Don't let it get to you Tomas. It's fine..really. Please......*touches his face* It's fine.."

"..................." he relaxes in her hands that Alice finds it precious but she slowly pulls him into a hug slowly while rubbing the back of his head. He tenses up from her holding him this close that he could smell her but not the normal smell. A more stronger hotter smell was lingering off of her this time. He grips her shirt worried that Alice looked worried rubbing his back.

"Tomas......You know what to do." she said in a low tone.

"I can't. I don't want to hurt you, Alice..." he said and she nodded.

"I know that Tomas but that is why you need to trust me. This is also why you are the only one I let drink my blood. You need this and you don't want to have others hurting you or others do you?" She was serious and he gulped he never wanted to hurt her but she was exposed and offering. Her scratches were enticing he wanted to heal her. So he did.

"................"

She didn't move away when he drops his blood from his tongue on her wounds and hurts healing them. She burned hot and felt intense heat. When her scratches were healed she was burning and so was he."I cant...I just can't Alice.." he said as she pushes her body against him.

"You have to, Tomas. You haven't fed for a while and I can tell because of your body expressions and rapid heartbeat. You're not even taking your blood tabs for days... please... use me. Satisfy your needs with me.."he fought it. But her offer was too much. She was nearly bare and exposing her veins to him. To her, it didn't matter where he feeds as long as he takes his fill. There was another possible outcome and once before they almost mated.

"What if i snap like that time before..."he said and she presses closer.

"Then I will stop you before you offend me. Come on Tomas, please my blood is hot and ready.  Take it and be yourself. I'll be more happy if you eat...."

She felt him shaking from holding back this long but was it that bad? Alice knew he takes blood pills due to his vampire side but eats med rare foods like steak and other meats to help him. However, this leaves her more worried about it. She felt his nails twitching after a while but this leaves her worried about him. She reaches to touch his cheek but he looks towards her.

"I..Trust you Tomas....please. Or else I'm going to force you to drink....and I can do that.." she warns but Tomas was still worried for her safety. Her health was more important that she lets out a sigh, hugging him close in worry. However, she moves away to push him against the wall hard that he winces from the sudden push.

"Alice wha-" he stops speaking when she raises one of her fingers to make her nail extend a bit to a sharp point. She moves it slowly to her shoulder and cuts into it. She winces from the sting but a bit of her blood begins to form that he tenses up smelling it. Her blood smelled rich and full of flavor that he growls to hold back looking away.

"You can't fight it forever, Tomas...I an force you eat if you don't........" she looks at him angry but worried more. However, she leans in close to hug him that he was hugging her tightly against his chest. He felt his fangs ach for blood but he shook now. She waited for him to do something but more of her blood still forms that the spill runs down her shoulder that he shudders to give a slow lick up of the blood. She didn't move feeling his tongue but Tomas was feeling his self control leave him.

"It's okay....I'm here Tomas.....it's alright.." she mutters into his ear but he panted lightly not able to breath that he quickly grips her shirt to open his mouth and sink his teeth into her shoulder. She winces feeling his teeth in her shoulder that she grips his shirt feeling him drinking more blood. He took heavy gulps by the second, looking down as his fangs just sink deeper.

She only relaxed after a while but she only shuts her eyes to let him feed. It didn't hurt as much that she feels him pulls her up against his chest while sliding down the wall with her still drinking more blood that some spills out. She controls her breathing while he did this but she bears it for him while he feeds.

His power pressed in on her as he feeds deeply. He wasted none of hee blood and sucked hard. Each time she burned hotrr and more blood keeps flowing. Her body was shaking between pain and a growing pleasure as he presses harder and harder.

Sllwly they slide down the wall until they were on the floor. Shw couldnt stand because of how good it felt and he was bearing down on her as he fed. She squirms on the ground writhing in boiling pleasure as he gulps down more and more.

Her medicine was wearing off and her omega blood was returning. That was why she was attacked so harshly by now it was completely worn off. Like that time before. Her body continues to over produce blood sensing her desire to feed him and more. He sucks harder and harder as she moans out. His body was bent over hers rocking back and forth as he pressed against her and his body was grinding in hers.

He tried to stop before he comoletely lost himself but she didnt seem to want him to. She felt his pain from hilding back. The fire of his hunger being quenched and the fire of a hidden hunger she felt only that one other time was growing like it always did when he was near her.

She could always feel him hiding this other desire from her but thag was what she liked aboit him. That desire drove him to protect her and her safe. She knew he cared about... no loved her. She knew he loved her and everything he questioned was so he could be better for her.

He always held back out of respect he never crossed the line because they were parteners and coworkers. He didnt eant to ruin things.

Her blood keeps flowing and she holds him close forcing him to keep feeding. Her body was getting more and more aroused and wanting him closer. The only way was to be naked and that shohld say how close they were pressed. She squirms a bit more moaning and panting before pulling off his jacket and slicing his shirt open at the seams.

He didnt notice enthralled by hee blood and how potent it was in its true state. He could feed from her forever if he wanted to and she did tell him to satisfy his hunger with her. He pressed harder against her his skin rubbing hers as his embrace grew tighter. Her heart pounded pouring more of her blood into his mouth even as he sucks more and more out.

Her heart was beating loudly in her chest that it was heard in her own mind, feeling his teeth sinking into her flesh more and more. Alice wasn't expecting him to be holding back this much when it came to feeding or eating and yet this leaves him slowly losing it. He didn't want to over think or lose it but the taste of her omega blood only grew more intense now. She already was over heated and arches her back feeling him pushing his body down onto her own.

She already tries to breath in and out slowly when a gasp left her feeling a hot burning sensation being pumped into her bloodstream. It was a hot burning sensation that she felt her fangs growing now. Whatever was happening caused her to look dazed because of it. This new feeling was rare for her but it's a first when he was feeding. He keeps drinking more of her blood that his hands grip her shoulders keeping her close that his body bucks against her. She shuts her eyes feeling light headed now that he already licks around the wound with more blood being pumped into his mouth.

She didn't move or push him back that her arms slowly rose to wrap around his shoulders carefully. He already was driving himself insane that it was causing him to deeply drink as much blood as he could. Her blood was boiling that the feeling of his feeding changed. She already was squirming a ittle but it leaves him shivering.

Not knowing the possible outcome, she had the feeling that he was going to be eating for a while now. Maybe longer than what he figures. Alice wouldn't stop him but let him eat as much as possible till he was full. Her body can produce more blood if needed that she leans her head to the right that her eyes were glowing a faint color after so long. Her body already over heated that she was shivering and whimpering now.

She didn't even know if he was alright with it. The outcome of this just leaves her panting and drooling slightly. The bite he did only grew stronger that more blood spills till his fangs hit a main vein to make her bit down on her bottom lip. The feeling of what happened only caused her to squirm and burn. This was a weird feeling and yet, she didn't stop him. Till he stops himself he should be alright. However, she was worried he would. To be sure he didn't, he grunts still pushing into her body that he feeds harder and harder that his hands tighten his hold on her. The bucking gotten harder and harder that she felt her body slide against the floor a little.

He was lost to the blood and his hibger blinded him to limitations. His hands slowly creep up hee front from her belly going up. He didnt notice and she didnt mind this burning feeling was partially from him and partially from her. His hunger and desires that he supresses and her own desires that she never says. Her bra was slipping off from their bodies moving hard against eachother and as it was skewed his creeping hands felt it.

That brought his memory back to him and some of his senses.  Without stopping he opened his eyes and proccessed ehst was happening. Seeing their position and hearing her gasping out in pleasure made him slow down. He felt her embrace keeping him close and her dazed eyes fall on him.

"No..." she whines feeling him stopping it felt too good and she wabted more of this hot feeling. She knew his hunger wasnt conpletely satisfied and didnt want him to stop for that reason as well. Her embrace tightens "take more haa please. I knkw you want it. I feel your hunger even as you feed from me." She continued to say as he listened to her. Was she dazed he feeds slower regaining some control and his hands stop movung up her front.  

Her breast was exposed but he didnt see and his hand stopped before he could feel it. All he felt was hee bra that slipped down from their grinding. He stopped that too. And soon very soon he couldnt continue or else he would go too far.

She gasps as he pulls his fangs out of her closing the wound as he did. "That's enough im starting to lose it again. If i do i dont think i could stop myself before my inner beast got out." He said it as a warning and his thirst was sated for the time being. He always wanted more that was his nature. She held him tighter.

"Thats haa fine haa you are haa fine." She said panting out. Her body was overheated and she didnt care aboit her bra or pants. He stopped before completely claiming her again but now she was heated and wanting this possible outcome to happen.  She wasnt letting him out of her embrace and her fangs were pulling on her to taste his strength and power.

Strength and power that allowed him to resist her omega blood most times she forgot to take her medicine and the strength and power that is required to resist feeding as long as he does. Such a force of will would taste truly blissful to her.

He still felt bad for what he did but he carefully picks her up to help her into a chair. He saw the possible fear of what she went through or felt that Tomas gets her to let go while carefully compressing the wound and help it stop bleeding after a few minutes. Alice was looking down with her body burning up too quickly that he hands her the bra back after a bit. She reaches to put it back on slowly still weak from how much blood he took.

"......I'm sorry Alice. I never...I just..I'm so sorry." he mutters while holding her close in worry. She just rests against his side from her weakened state but her fangs still show with the eyes as well glowing a tint. She really never felt him feed so much but she was going to be alright after a few hours. For now, Tomas helps take care of her while hoping that bite will heal later on or by tommorow.

He fixed up some food for her and even got her some hot tea. She was even wrapped up in a warm blanket to help warm her. She was resting in the chair with her eyes shut that after a few hours, she was sleeping quietly in the blanket. He was working on cleaning up some areas that he then gets a phone call from Carlos. He was hearing him speaking about what happened at the station but he only argues of being alright now.

"how are you sure? You went crazy and now you just find yourself alright now?"

"As I said; I'm fine now. I know I went insane after a while but..I'm fine thanks to Alice."

"Well, thanks to your outrage, the vampires are now talking more and more that we got some leads. I don't know if I should say good job or keep your cool. Seems Alice is the only one that can keep your head cool. Either way, you shouldn't worry about it too much...."

"What do you mean?"

"Their are more gangs that's doing the same thing; kidnapping women and bringing them to a secret locations through out the city. It goes around the thought of the drugs and medicine we give others like Alice. However, we got new reports of more attacks that is going around Omegas of all kinds. I'm asking you to keep Alice with you at all times and not lt her out of your sight."

"...................."

"I'm only saying this just to be sure you keep her with you. I got reports of this more frequently and we are unsure how badly it was. Maybe in due time we'll learn more about it. For now, just keep her near you till then alright?"

Before asking, Carlos hangs up on her. He didn't say anything else during that time but he only lowers the cell to sigh. This was going to be annoying but he'll figure something else out maybe. For now, he had to keep Alice safe. He just hopes it's not too long. After a few weeks, she and him were on a side slow mission but he remains by her side for protection.

True, a few were eyeing her but Tomas made sure to keep their eyes away from her. She wouldn't get hurt or taken away on his watch. Not even if their was other vampires and were wolves out here being Alphas like him, he wouldn't risk it. For now, Alice was checking on her doctor through the phone while speaking of the recent attacks.

"So that's going on right now? Oh my, that explains so many coming in to get more medication. I hope you still have yours dear right?"

"Yeah, I still have mine locked up. No one has tried to steal it but I had to take it again a while ago just in case. I figure why not....."

"Well, if you wish to figure something else out, I'll keep you updated dear. Just be careful....you don't know what other possible outcome can result in this.....with everyone in a panic that's a good reason to explain this...or at least learn about it." her doctor said on the phone but checking a update list that it was making her worry for her. Alphas tend to do what is possible to get Omegas to follow them. Now, Tomas has to keep his guard up when it came to Alice. Even if he feeds from her, she's still a target due to her not being bounded by anyone.

In her heart she was bonded to him but he hadt shown he feels the same way by asking to bond with her. He guessed she was waiting for the perfect guy. He didnt know what to do and protecting her was getting harder and harder. Itwasnt that he didnt want to bond it was he didnt think he was good enough. He has alot of issues ad thngs that effect others and he didnt want to expose anyone to it kf he could avoid it.

She heard everything that went on between him and carlos it seemed and she wanted to help stop these gangs from their activities. It wasnt fair that onky the omegas secretly hjdden were being targeted. She began to suspect someone high up knew about her and were using others plain citizens to draw her out.

Alice didn't want to see others get hurt from all this but she was only growing worried from the time that slips by. Omegas were now in hiding and feeling afraid of some random alpha attacking them or worse killing them. She didn't want anything to happen to anyone or herself but this was getting out of hand. Knowing the possible outcome of things and the fights just make her over think about it. Maybe in some way, she wishes to try figuring out some plan but Tomas didn't want her to get involved.

She had to do something to help other Omegas out in the city. Before something else happens later to them. She would do her best but Tomas didn't want anything happening to her later on. She started to get up but Tomas looks towards her. "Alice?"

"We need to do something to figure this out. I get omegas are in hiding or is afraid but this is getting crazy. I just want to figure something out and make it stop. Maybe we an find some clue to why Alphas are attacking others like this...or trying to force breed with them.." she wanted to stop this but that leaves her worrying more.

"It's going to be fine, Alice. I don't know what or who is doing this or is in control. However, we will figure it out. No other Omega should be in fear but we don't know who or what is causing this. That and kidnapping others like this. We need more clues.." he tried explaining to her but she was looking down at the tv wanting to figure this out. This had to stop and it just made her really grew in some panic. The news was even playing right now speaking about what is happening right now. Seeing more Omegas hiding and refusing to come out for protection.

"It's still insane. I want to help the other Omeags that are innocent in this city but just not doing anything won't help Tomas. I need to do something or figure out who is causing this. What is going on and why is it like others are thinking it's some made up virus?" That's what some of the reports are saying right now. Some sort of drug or virus is causing Alphas to go insane that it just leaves her more worried about things.

She wanted to help them or at least make it safer for others. She was about to leave but Tomas stops her with a grab of her arm. She turns to look at him as their eyes looked into one another but they said nothing over time.

He didn't want anyone hurting her and he wouldn't forgive himself if that happened. He wanted to keep her safe that shows him looking down at his hand on her arm. He was not worth risking this towards her. She means a lot to him and that shows enough for Tomas. All Alice did was look at him and touch his cheek.

"I'll be fine, Tomas. We need to do something....please." Now she was begging him to help with this. Nothing else was worth the problem unless she can do something to help them. Or give warning. He looks at her for a while then lets out a sigh, he hated seeing her sad like that but that makes him only look down at the floor then the news.

"....Alright fine..We can try something and see what we can do. Maybe patrol or something.......is that fine?"

"Yes; thank you Tomas. That works......"

They made a agreement towards it an it was going to work. For now, they decided to rest for a while and go on the work for tomorrow. They headed onto bed and just went on doing their own things for now. Later on, it proves something else is going on. They got up hours later from resting and was heading out. They got word of some new rule going up of Omegas staying inside for protection but she was allowed due to her police badge.

They were riding down the road in the car, looking out their own windows but she was keeping her mind focused like she was working. Tomas only remained silent and keeps looking out himself, seeing the process of things going on. He wonders if this new law was going to work but that might be wrong. He just became more silent seeing nothing else going on or being effected. No one is out and that leaves only officers and workers to be out.

Carlos had summoned them to his office right away. He looked distressed and defeated like he lost an argument and was in a crisis at the same time. "We have a problem and while i dotn want to my father practically mad eit so i dont have a choice."

"Whats going on?" She asks and sat down. He keeps standing guessing.

"Ive sent several incestigstions inti motion and what they have confirmed is realy terrible. There is evidence of a massive organized crime group that hasnt been classified yet. All we know is they are selling people on the internet... people they kidnap. Lately they discovered the omegas and alphas and are focusing on them as uncharted territory business wise. Im assigning you two.... to disrupt the operation and apprehend whoever is in charge. " he said the part about assigning them like it ws the point he lost the argument over. He seemed to hate the idea of them being parteners and even working onna case loke this.

"Im waiting for more information. But we have run into something lime this. I smelled a connection but couldnt prove it so i let it go." Thomas said and alice looked at him in shock. He smelled something like this? Amd didnt tell her? He usually tells her everything why was he hidong things now?

"Thomas... we need to talk when we get home" alice spoke firm and he nodded she suspected he was hiding something else now something about hownhe felt about her and she would get tot he bottom of everything he was hiding. Both between them and what else he had gotten a feeling about telated to criminals they have engaged.

"Then you both have your mission. Do what you need to do to get it done when we get more information....when we do, you can start your mission....." he sees Alice and Tomas nod, getting up from the chairs and leaves after a while. They remained silent after some time but didn't say anything while looking at the area of the city. Things have gotten worse now and this just leaves her curious to what is happening. Maybe she is being wrong about it and needs to work on it.
IN some way, she only wonders more about it.

They get in the car and begins to head towards their house since the mission didn't start yet so they were given the files for it. They didn't say anything in the car while driving to their location but Alice was somehow angry about what is happening right now. Knowing the outcome of this. She didn't know why this was happening to them that it leaves them worried.

He figures Alice is a bit angry since she didn't tell him the truth about this. That or her just remaining quiet. He just keeps looking ahead not saying anything that e just grips the stirring wheel looking upset. They only kept going after some time and remain quiet for a while. He just kept driving down the road but he fears that Alice was indeed angry with him right now. He was not sure why or what was happening right now.

"*Had arms crossed*......................"

"...Alice.......I get you are angry because I'm kept keeping secrets...but..It's not in a mean way...not towards you. I just......*Sighs*"

"I just don't want to ruin things. I like having you close by me because I know things will be alright for us. And...I'm afraid if I say something wrong you won't want to talk to or be around me anymore. Plus a lot of the things I say worry you and I don't want to do that either."He finished and took a breath to say more.

"Do....do you really think I'm that shallow?"She asks and he shakes his head he didn't like her thinking thinks like that but it couldn't be helped.

"No i just.."he let out a heavy sigh "I can be pretty intense and it scares most people away. The truth is...I really love you." He finished lacing his last words unaccompanied.

He loved her? The way he said it sounded...unsure. She cared for Tomas as her partner because he helped her during the bad times and she's done the same for him. Knowing the possible outcome of how things turn out just tells her other wise. Was he just saying this to spare her feelings or was he really meaning it? Her eyes still looking ahead as he drove them home but Tomas was waiting to hear her say something. Anything to show she heard him.

"Alice??"

"Hmmm...guess this proves to me that I really am that shallow to you, Tomas."

"What? but Alice-"

"You said 'I love you'. Just I. Love. You but the way you say it and how it sounded tells me you are unsure. You don't know if those words mean anything to you or me. Dose this mean you feel we are just....I don't know, off right now. You just went through losing your head a while ago and you drank from me....you don't think it's because of my blood and that heated moment......just to make you say that?" she said but Tomas was shocked! Where did this come from?

"But your not Shallow Alice and I do love you. I...remember I'm a man and my thoughts are going to become stupid sometimes without me knowing it. When I'm near you or around you I...become that way. I don't intend to hurt you or anything I just......I wanted you to see that I mean it."

"If you say so but from how you said it, that sounded like: "I just like you." That's it. I don't want to cause any problem between us Tomas and you know that. From what is happening right now, seems Omegas are a huge target for some brutal Alphas and It's a lot to take in. It's scary to be honest...I don't want anyone getting hurt from these monkeys hurting someone....but I'm scared for myself and the others I care for. *Held herself* I know you are trying to mean those words Tomas..but I don't know if you really really mean it."

"Alice, you don't understand..I do love you. I really really do. You mean everything to me and I don't want to ruin it because of any stupid action I might do. I don't want you to leave my side because of it......you have to believe me."

"How can I? How can I know that you speak the truth? How can you prove it to me Tomas?"

"I........I don't know but I know I can prove this to you. I want to prove this...to show you I really mean this Alice.."

"You keep saying that but that's not trying to prove anything, Tomas. If you really mean the words 'I love you' then prove it to me because right now..It tells me I'm too shallow for you to know what love is......."

"But Alice you're not-"

"I'm done talking Tomas. Either you prove it or you don't. Even when you are still keeping secrets from me so that tells me you don't fully trust me. I told you everything about me and what is going on and yet you kept me in the shadows. Guess this 'proves' that I'm really not worth it...."

He was about to say something but she held her hand up to make him stop. "Lets just go home..I'm done talking about this...."

Prove it? He looks down after stopping the car at the red light but was thinking to himself. How can he prove this to Alice. She means the world to him. He owes her his life for saving him from the bad past. Everything she's done was amazing and he is worried he's ruining things from this conversation. How can he prove this? He looks up seeing the light green before continuing. They drove on home before arriving ten minutes later. He turns off the engine and gets up as Alice did the same. She closes the door and heads to the house that Tomas follows after a while.

"............." he sees her opening the door and walks inside heading upstairs to clear her head while he remains outside before coming in, closing the door. He fears he messed up and now she's upset. True, he had some info hidden but for good reasons. Now he seems to need to find a way to prove it..after she cools down.

He did mean it. That was his secret.  He knew she would react this way and doubt him so he never said.  He didn't want to destroy their partnership or end their friendship. She said she didn't mind flirting but she minded him loving her? He couldn't get her rejection of him out of his head and his heart broke.

He slumped to the floor crying until nothing was left of him but sorrow and silence. He never even turned on the light or finished climbing the stairs. Over and over the confession and her rejection played in his mind tormenting him. He just lay there inside the house near rhe doorway as if he were dead.

Given how he felt broken and worthless unloved it was natural.

When she returned home later that night she found nothing of him. His clothes were there his belongings but not him. The only thing she found was a note written badly and stained by what smelled like tears. She even found a mucus puddle where his weeping and praying stained the floor. Here is what the note said.
Your reaction is why I couldn't say my true feelings. I knew that is how you would react or worse believe i was joking and pay me no heed. I should have showed you the ring i ordered for you. You will find it in that hiding spot you thought i didn't know about.

My love for you is why I didn't want to drink blood anymore. My love for you is why I do my best to protect you. My love for you goes so deep i could die if you don't believe in me. Saying that. To prove my love I'm going out alone defenseless and weak to hunt down and arrest every single suspect connected to this case. No matter how many guards or protections or laws stand in my way. I will make this city safe for you and the people you love and if that doesn't convince you...

He didn't sign it. She knew who it was from and he cried so badly the note had a few holes poked in it from the pen he used. The table had the note written into the wood from how hard he pressed.

Her secret place? But no one knew about that no one she had it. She rushed to the vent where she hid a box containing her secrets things she could never bear to lose. Mementos, pictures trinkets from long lost friends. Sure enough when she opened the box on top of her treasures that no one knew about lay a small black, hinged box. It was soft like silk and trimmed with gold. She began to tremble. It was a proposal ring box. She couldn't open it... not after what she said. Not while he hadn't asked her to marry him. All he did was confess his love and was honest. Because this box was not recently bought. He had had it long enough that it carried his scent. And recent enough that it carried his cologne he began to wear for some reason... cologne... secrets and knowing her secret place but never opening it except to place the ring box inside. None of the things in the box were disturbed except what the ring box lay on.

Then his note flashed across her mind like lightening. He believed she couldn't believe in him any More and that she didn't trust him and that it made him weak. And if he was weak... he was still going out to fight for her even in such a miserable state. He was going knowing he could die

She fell to her knees feeling his pain. Pain of one who loved and was rejected pain of one who knew her so well he keeps secrets like love to stay partners. To keep having a relationship. To keep close and protect. She never felt she needed protection before. He was always there but the ice in her heart from what she learned cut deep.

He didn't tell her everything. He didn't propose. Instead he left a note unable to confront her again. He lost his good sense and was despairing believing he lost her. This was all some attempt to kill himself or come back after finishing the promise. All or nothing.

"*sobs quietly* Stupid... why do you have to be so stupid...? I asked for proof and this ring would ha e proven it... IDIOT I DON'T HATE YOU!!!!!" she screamed the last in futile rage fear of loss and pain. He knew she wanted the truth but he was afraid he ruined everything. So now he was lost to darkness. And all he had left was pain and a possible death.

He went on foot he hardened his heart to think clearly. He couldn't fail. He had a promise to keep. He sneaks into the lair of the most powerful alpha crime lord in the city. He wasn't undetected. He left no clues for her to find except talking with her about this he knew were guilty but couldn't touch under the rule of law. She wouldn't remember such conversations. She remembered little she once told him. She would forget him if he died.

He waited biding his time until the meeting of the "kingpins court" a group of powerful leaders in the organized crime underworld all alphas all with motive for kidnappings. And sure enough he saw an omega. She was dragged in with a gag her clothes removed and then she was bound to the wall she struggled earning her a fierce slap and a gun pushed against her crotch. She stopped struggling and tears flow silently. The poor woman was stabbed with iv needles and forced to bleed into silver and gold chalices until they were half full.

He remained still. His hardened heart was silent but inside the shell it was screaming to save her now. He had to wait. He had to make sure all the leaders were present before making his move. The woman was bled out but unable to die from it since she was an omega. One by one blood packs were filled and then laid before each seat respectively. Just as he sat in his gold rimmed velvet cushioned chair the door opened and his guests filed in one by one.

Each was greeted properly according to his own personal wish from subordinates a gesture of respect and equality.

Ooc: i hope this doesn't make the story run together in your head. I really thought she would react that way so i had a few ideas ready in case. This boss is only one culprit and this js a business meeting to expand his influence to the other organizations of crime and gain power.  And learn who else is taking what he will call "his livestock" meaning the omegas who live in the city. If this is too close to your idea in sorry for taking it so far...

ooc:......I.....I honestly have no words on this but it's pretty good for a reply. I wasn't expecting you to do this sort of thing or write something like this man. I...like I said, I don't know how to respond to this....

bic:Each one seems to have been in different areas of the city that it leaves Tomas guessing what or how powerful they were. They were never known or seen in the city and it leaves him pondering what is going on. For a while, he keeps his eyes right where it was seeing more people coming in till more than twelve people were inside with the doors closing shut.

This made each one go to take a seat while looking silent after the female Omega was looking down scared of seeing and smelling so many Alphas in one roof that it left her shaking in fear. Her eyes shut closed but the Alphas just sit waiting for the words of the ring leader to speak.

"Good evening gentlemen. I take it you all have arrived safe this evening." He sees a few nodding and muttering a answer when he spoke. "Now, I also take it you all know of the plan that's going along just fine right now. With operation Omega B~ we are getting and gathering everyone we can find the battle plans of things. With a few examining the sections of the city that this made the so called police think of what they will say."  he pulls up a map showing his plan but it seems more explained than being shown on picture.

"With much of this drug or 'virus' others have called it, this piece of work is going wonderfully. Nothing has gotten spotted as much so it's flowing at a larger rate now. I figure things will change later down the road as long as the production keeps going. I say within a month or two, everyone that is an Omega will be unknown to the drug right now."

"You always had ways of dominating the world, sir. With the already caught Omegas we been getting more and more spotted thanks to that so called 'virus' everyone is calling it. When it's really a drug we slip into the pharmacy where we can detect any Omega we wish. They are easy picking now......."Another said drinking some beer given to him.

"That is true but with the drug passing through the city, we are only waiting for more results later on. We don't know the effects it has on the Omegas we caught so far."

"Actually we do. I got some results from a doctor I know and he's been giving off information informing me of the side effects. The main one I noticed is how richer and bolder the blood becomes but it changes the blood types in Omegas that takes it. That or it being injected to them. The drug comes in a liquid shot now so we will know later down the road. Most think it's normal medicine they take later on...it's genius." he laughed seeing the others agreeing but the main leader held a hand up showing a smile.

He was happy for his brothers to grow excited from this new 'virus' they call the drug. However, he knew the police, FBI, and other special forces will try and find out what is going on. Knowing how many Omegas were living in the world and in this city, it was a big present wrapped up. Knowing the effects of the drug can even make the Omega bleed more blood than normal thanks to it. They wouldn't die or pass out while their body makes more blood by the passing second. They knew this whole thing would work and it just leaves one wondering how it will effect the rest of different kinds of Omegas.

"We will keep testing this till we got more information on it. Now my brothers, we should do our best in working on this drug and making sure enough is made for everyone. I except more of this drug to be made soon by your own warehouses too. I made sure more of the materials you need was sent out to you. Does anyone have any questions?"

The other men thinks about it while one raises his hand looking at the female that was still chained up. She seems like a real beauty and he was having some ideas. "Yes my brother?"

"Would it be okay if I take this beauty off your hands? She seems like a perfect pet for me back at my work place. I don't mind an extra hand." he chuckled at the thought seeing her turning her head but was afraid. She didn't want to go with him. She was scared of what he would do to her.

"But of course..you can take her and don't worry, she won't die from the low blood loss. She'll grow it back after a while...she's yours."

"Ahhhh..thank you my friend." he laughed standing up to head towards her that she tenses up trying to get away but he touches her cheek feeling her cold skin. However, it heats up after her blood got remade again inside of her. It felt weird but she feels him touching her chest from the heart beat but he was happy.

"Now, anyone else?" he sees the others not responding towards it and that tells him things were fine. "Then I guess we can end the meeting. I'll ask for anther meet up later down the road for us just in case. I'll be hoping to see more production being made for the drug. Be sure you take care my brothers.." he said knowing more Omegas will be added to the list of new targets while showing some paper documents with photos on them with names and information. Seems it had a lot of Omegas targeted but Tomas still hid looking down. He didn't do anything or say anything that he was guessing that was not good.

Tomas had to make a move soon or else he'll lose everything. Knowing the possible outcome of this leaves him wondering about it. He had to do something to stop them before it was too late. He knew a lot of Omegas will be in danger due to this new drug but the same for Alice that was one. However, he didn't know the effects it would have on her. Even if she hated him or didn't trust him, he didn't want anything to happen to her.

His time to move was now. He looks around then looks for the power switch to shut the power down before they would leave. Extending his claws, Marcus quickly cuts the power to have it shut down quickly. The leaders looked around confused as to why the power went out before Tomas begins to change his form and jump down in stealth.

"What is going on?"

"Did the power go out?"

"Don't worry, it might be a old switch. Someone get the power back up-" Suddenly, a scream was heard when blood splattered against the ground. The sensation of thought only builds when another scream was heard. Something was in and killing the other leaders! They take out guns to try and shoot whoever was there but more and more of them kept shooting before ending up dead by Tomas in his vampire werewolf form. He growls still slashing at each one, his heart filling up with blood lust and anger while taking each one of them down.

"Something is in here! Get the lights back on now!" the head leader kept trying to fire or shoot his gun to hit whatever is attacking but more of the leaders kept getting slashed down more with the smell of blood being spilled out. The female Omega smells the blood and winces a bit. It smelled strong to her nose which told her some of them were vampires. The others were werewolves from the smell of a musky type which made her become afraid. She tries struggling to get free from here hearing the gun shots and screaming of some dying.

Tomas was showing no mercy towards them that some was still fighting through or slashing through them that he smells more blood to upset him. Nothing else mattered anymore due to what happened. Knowing Alice's words burn into his mind but he just didn't stop. Even if it kills him, he was going to prove himself to her. No matter the cost.

He left them alive. Killing wasnt his plan arresting was. He recorded yhe whole thing and then strikes. The woman was drugged and he helped her down before alice pulls up 8n the car. "He only talked about this person once" she thought and remembers how angry this person made him the power was out and she rushed in fearing he killed them. She panted hard at rhe smell of blood but groans told her they were alive. She flicked on a flashlight and saw all the bosses tied up.

He was wrapping a curtain around the woman and talking to her to ease her fears when he froze. He twitched afraid alice would get mad at him again. Sfraid she would think he was with another girl. But alive knew better. She recognized the girl as the first one to go missing and he saved her from the bosses. The time had come for him to face his actions.

Alice's eyes meet with Tomas' own eyes but neither of them said a word. From the pain they were feeling from one another, she only looks down before seeing the woman quickly hug Tomas. She was crying saying thank you for saving her that he only pats her back trying to calm her. While he was doing that, he heard her ask if she can call her family to tell that she was alright.

"You can when we get you out of here and to a doctor. They need to check you thoroughly in case you might have something else in your stream." he said in a low tone but the woman nods agreeing with him. From what they did, she didn't feel like herself from the drugs and being drained of her own blood. She just relaxed while Tomas keeps her against the wall to help her.

During this time, Alice takes her radio and pushes the button. "A8T, this is Alice requesting a back up and medic team. Need assistance right away. Do you copy? Over." she said waiting for a response.

'Copy that Alice, where is your destination status? Over."

"In the south wet of town near the old warehouse. Near Onox river. Over."

"Confirmed. We will send back up and a medic right away. Stand by. Over."

"Copy that. Over.." she turns the radio off and goes over to the two of them as Tomas was looking down while Alice checks on the female. "Are you alright? Anything besides the overdose and draining effecting you miss?"

"N..No. I don't feel right to be honest but it might be due to that drug. Will their be help coming?"

"Yes. They are on the way but lets get you out of here. It's not comfy here." she said as Tomas gets up to start getting the leaders outside harshly as he hears them grunt from landing on the hard ground. Alice didn't say anything else but she helps the female outside of the warehouse to sit on a box still covered by the blanket. In one hour, police sirens and Medic trucks came over to the location where Alice told them. They parked and quickly got out rushing over.

Alice saw Carlos coming over while dressed in a police uniform while looking to the two. He didn't say anything but sighs, signaling the police to get the leaders off the ground and get them in the police trucks. They fight to get away but couldn't so they got arrested. He walks over to see the medic helping the woman now as she was having her husband and three kids called to inform of her being found.

"Nice work, you guys. Seems we caught them.....uhhhh, what's up with you two?" he looks at Alice and Tomas as they said nothing but she only crosses her arms looking to Carlos.

"Nothing's wrong......"

"I see. Were you able to figure anything out during the time in the warehouse, Tomas?" Carlos asked.

"Yes. The 'virus' everyone is speaking about is really a drug that seems to have gotten in the hospitals. You have to inform the doctors and personal about using drugs and get them tested for whatever they were using.."

"I see..Fine. I'll go ahead and do that. I'm happy you didn't go killer crazy there Tomas.."

"Gee Thanks....."

"Well, a job well done..nice work." he said but turns to help the other officers which left Tomas near Alice. She didn't know what to say to him but her words were held back with her arm was bruised. He looked confused but wonders if she was really upset from the letter he left her after doing this. He wanted to ask her something but held it back to see her look away but ahead about ot head to the car.

"...Alice.."

"*Sighs* Get in the car......I'm taking you home....and we are going to sit down and talk....." That's all she said before heading to the car. Tomas didn't say anything but got up slowly and heads to the car as she gets in the driver's seat and him getting in the passengers seat. She turns on the car and begins driving home after a while. Neither of them spoke while she drove and him looking ahead.

He didnt know what to say or do. He still wasnt finished but he made a good start. He knew hiw she found him and so that wasnt a question. The only question in his mind was whether or not she was angry at him again. His mind worked overtime and was throwing answers out at superspeed. He said notjing waiting for the truth to unfold.

They get to the house and he was still nervous and self accusing in his mind. He hesitated to sit but did so on the couch. He said nothing not feeling worth it. Until she spoke or took action he didn't know where this was going.

"....Give me a second to get something. Don't move or leave....I'll be right back." this is all Alice said before heading upstairs to get something from her room. She knew what it was but he didn't yet till a few seconds pass. All Tomas did was sit and wait; trying to fight the yelling screams in his mind after everything that's happened tonight. She was still mad or was she easing that off right now. He's not sure but the possible outcome of this just leaves him wondering about it later on.

In one minute, he hears her coming back down with something in her hands. Alice comes to the couch and sits down to set the items she brought on the coffee table. She then turns on the lap and gets some light shining in the living room. He looks ahead seeing the items then looks confused. He sees her keepsake box. Something she's made during her childhood years to keep precious memories of it and other things for old memories and new ones.

After she sets it down her hands rest on her lap to let out a breath then finally begins to speak.

"First off, I'm still upset about you leaving like that. Trying to prove to me something you didn't have to. You could have been hurt or killed you know. You don't know what these men could have done to you and you find it not as bad. I was worried when you were gone....you scared me a little because of it. I scared for you...because I thought you were going to be killed."

"I'm sorry..."

"You could have been killed! You could have been hurt! You could have been taken away from me and I wouldn't see you again and for what!? Trying to prove something that might end up with you being killed. I should be angry with you, hit you, or yell at you!!!" her voice made him wince but this only remained silent after she lets it out but sighs calming down.

"But I"ll look past it......"

"........"

"Now..Do you know what this is right? My keepsake box. The one thing I don't tell anyone about besides you but protects the memories I made or will make down the road. You know about this right?" she sees him look at it then nod slowly. She continues, "Well, remember what I said about you proving something to me? Well.....I think you just did...I was not expecting you to write this to me.." she shows the letter he wrote to lay it on the table then touches her keepsake box.

"........."

"And I was not expecting you to have this.." her fingers brush against the top of her box to open it up. She reaches into it and takes out the black box and sets it on the table. She looks at it then looks to Tomas not angry but upset. "This......This would have proven to me you were serious about me. How you felt about me, pup but you pull off this stunt to throw everything away just to prove it a more dangerous way. You could have gotten hurt."

"..I know that-"

"Yeah, you did but you still did it. Just to prove to me you mean it dummy. I didn't want you to go that far if it means throwing your life away. I just...you shouldn't do stupid things like that because if you did die, I couldn't forgive myself because it's my fault you did it. It would feel like a heavy punishment for me because of what you went through..and I can't have that." she looks to the box again feeling it but slowly looks to Tomas as she sees him not doing or saying a thing.

"I understand the word I said were hurtful to you and I should have said it a little differently to you but you shouldn't have gone that far just to prove it to me. As I said, this would have proven to me you were serious....*sets box on table again* I mean..I understand you are hurt but I didn't want to hurt you like that. I did and now you seem to be unsure about things now......"

"Only because you didn't believe me. You didn't believe me when I said I would have proven it to you..I would do everything to prove it. NO matter the cost....I only wanted to keep you happy. Keep you safe. And kept you feeling like you are home.......I know I failed in that but..." he couldn't find the right words fr this but she heard enough to move over to his side and touch his cheek. her hand rubs the cheek for a few seconds to move up to his hair and pet it a few times. He was looking down not sure how to respond to this but sees her now moving him so he's laying on the side wit his head on her lap.

"??????"

"You proven to me enough, Tomas. Right now, just don't do something dumb like that again because you scared me when I thought you were going to be killed. You did know they were very dangerous men that makes drugs that can kill a lot of people in one swoop right? No, you probably already knew since you already heard about these men from the filing report. I am not angry about that but I'm just unsure how you figure it out like that."

".......I knew a lot but I didn't want to over say it...either way without something going on. Maybe I'm wrong but....It's not too bad to figure out." he grumbles under his breath but she just shrugs it off while looking at her with a silent expression. She looks back not sure about it while looking down and just kept Tomas there. She wanted him to breath and relax after tonight.

"................."

"..............I guess I feel like I ruined your chances of what you had planned for me...but you feel shattered after a while. I don't want to upset you or anything I just...I was unsure about it and about this. I feel like It's ruined because of me and if it was..I'm sorry. I was just upset....so I feel you deserve better. I don't care what you do..I'm shocked you did all that just for me. Not drinking blood because of me, not over doing it for me, protecting me, caring for me..I..it's just really sweet you care for me this much..it brings my heart a flutter thanks to it. I really don't know why but...you..you're really something else......caring like this for me...." she mutters but he didn't respond to her thinking about it.

"Because you are worth it, Alice. I just want to be sure you are happy...I know I shouldn't have but what you said..you just..I.."

"Don't think about it..it's fine....Lets just forget the fight and move on. I am looking by it..but I guess you are going to keep that box because I ruined your chance of proposing....so.......I'm just leave you be........but just don't over do it again okay? I am just happy you are safe..and alright.." she didn't remain silent before leaning her hand to hold his own hand give a light kiss on the back of it. He didn't move feeling her lips touching his skin that he remained quiet shutting his eyes.

When... when i got back... i was trying to... to keep myself together. But the thought of losing your trust.. made me feel alone all over again...." Her lips burned his hand and he gulped a bit.

"You arent alone... not anymore. I wont let that happen to you again.. never again.. even on different assignments. My home is with you." She said still holding his hand. He looked at the box and then at her.

"It wasnt... really an... engagement ring... but..." he said halting ly trying to find the right words others use. "A promise ring and you would know that if you opened it." He said and he picks it up. He opened the box and he was right it wasnt an engagement ring at all. And she gulped what was he proposing then?

"Alice... we worked together for a long time. You know me better than anyone else ever could. I got this because i didnt know what would work for me to start as... so i promise to onky want you... would you be my girlfriend?" He held it out to her. It wasnt marriage like she expected there was no diamond just her birthstone in a silver ring. A promise to only want her. And to be his girlfriend. He let her think about it and he knew she was surprised by this strange proposal.

"Baby steps be patient" runs through his mind while she thought it over.

She looks up from the ring to then back down towards him. Alice was thinking about this for a while that she then lets out a gentle sigh. Of course she was not unsure about this but it leaves her thinking about it for a little while. She gently goes ahead to look at the promise ring then runs her fingers through his hair.

".....First of all, the box seems like an engagement ring.......but....I think I understand now. So...sure. I'll be your girlfriend Tomas...." she feels him sit up in shock looking right at her. Did he hear right? She would do it? She'll accept the ring and be his girlfriend? He was about to speak but she held up one hand to look at him.

"But.."

"But???" he got scared thinking she was having second thoughts that Alice looks to him and held his cheek with both hands. He looks at her in silence that Alice shook her head to look worried but serious at the same time.

"Just please don't do this again. Don't worry me to death after a simple misunderstanding. I understand what you were trying to say but...just don't do what you did in worrying me like that alright?.." she gently leans his head down and carefully kisses his forehead in hopes of him being aright now. He blushes from the warmth of her lips that she pulls back hugging him close while rubbing his back.

"So you promise?"

"Yeah; I give you my word....." he mutters relaxed after a while but keeps cuddled up against her chest that Alice rubs his back as he was relaxing and shutting his eyes. She was happy to have him back here at home safe. Now, she wishes to never let go. All he did was look at the box and takes the ring out. He held her left hand to slip the promise ring on her ring finger and carefully sets it on the chair. She didn't say anything but relaxed to keeping him close.

That was when he kissed her. It was sudden and unexpected since he never did that before. He was a bit clumsy with it at first then as she returns the kiss he keeps going and hugs jee tightly. He had wanted to kiss hee for a long time and now he finally had his chance.

She whimpers a little not expecting him to so something so bold so soon and her body flashed hot. He keans more intohee and presses close as she holds him tighter. Her return kiss told him this was ojay and whem they stopped he didnt apologoze.

Afte rthe kiss they were both heated and panting from the rush and how they felt for eachother he looke dinto hee eyes making hee blush worse and lots of thoughts rush through her head

"Ive wanted to do that for a while. I wish i had done it sooner your lips are so sweet and soft." He said to her

"You should have done it sooner then. I wouldn't have been angry or anything if you just proved it...guess not." she smiled gently towards him that all Tomas did was cuddle up more against Alice that she held him. her fingers still ran down her head after some time that he was softly cuddling against him more.

"I didn't want to do something wrong to make you mad. So, I figure I would respect you either way. Nothing too bad or wrong....just something that shows respect towards you Alice.." he mutters that she keeps him laying against her but Alice only smiled still keeping him relaxed.

For now, they lay together to rest and relax, knowing it will get late till they have to go ahead and move on. They would have to figure something out and then work on doing something better. They only see and became more curious after some time that they then dozed off minutes later. They decided to fall to sleep on the chair in the living room together while they wait next morning. During that time, she was still holding Tomas in her arms that they still sleep through the morning. They didn't move as much as the sun was covered with grey clouds since it was heavily pouring down rain. Seems it was a rain storm this morning but it's fine. The clouds made a more quiet sleeping moment for them.
