Im gping to start reading the bible more because i need to re learn things i knew and new things. Im also working on speaking less. And controlling my impulses to speak. Im hoping if i do my thoughts will form and stay more easily. Im recovering slowly from he bad things i did and the changes i made are helping. Im going to learn the history of where im living now from the native American historical center and see if i can find out why i can see shades and auras here.
